For those of you who know me, my background in the food and wine world is extensive. My favorite area of expertise is seafood. Not just any seafood but the best~Maine Seafood.

Our kitchen is located at Maine Seafood Innovations-our Gardiner based lobster processing facility. When we are not catering, our kitchen produces valued added lobster products for the worldwide market . Our clients span from France to California to Florida and everywhere in between. Value added? What is that exactly? Not only do we process and ship raw thousands of pounds of our unique raw lobster meat but we hold some back and make our delicious lobster pot pies, breaded lobster tails, lobster mac and cheese and a few other sensational products.
